Primary 2 girl drowns in pool after sneaking into neighbouring condominium.

He was washing the dishes after lunch when his elder daughter called out to him.

Wee Ye Li, 8, told her father that she wanted to go downstairs to play.

It was the last time he saw the girl alive. Ye Li later drowned in the pool of a nearby condominium.

The Primary 2 girl had taken her four-year-old sister to look for their seven-year-old neighbour. The trio then sneaked into Evergreen Park condominium to splash in the pool at about noon last Saturday.

Ye Li's mother, Madam Fu Yamei, 41, told The New Paper in Mandarin: "My younger daughter said that she didn't go into the pool.

"She sat near the pool and played by herself. But a while later, she looked up and couldn't find her sister."

Unknown to the little girl, her sister, who didn't know how to swim, was struggling in the pool.

By the time help came and Ye Li was pulled out of the water, she was unconscious.

The case has been classified as "unnatural death" and investigations are ongoing.

As in details, they didnt say what happen.. I shall say... Because this is the condo im staying in...

Both the 8 yr old and the neighbour staying in condo went to swim... the 4 yrs old girl sat at the side... then they both struggling in water n drown... but lucky thing is the maid of the girl staying in condo saved her little master... and left.... she NEVER SAVE that 8yrs old girl... if she save her, she might not died... And then someone went to call guard but its too late alr... i dont know whether the guard got do cpr anot... but when the girl reached the hospital, she is dead...

And you people, shouldnt blame guard... cos condo swimming pool is swim at ur risk, there is no life guard... and there is baby pool, if dont know how to swim yet u go swim, its ur wrong...

Conclusion...
The maid is in wrong, the little master is in wrong and the 8yrs old girl is in wrong...
the guard is never in wrong... he/they tried their best to save alr...

The maid didnt save the 8 yr old girl - she is wrong... should save both...
The little girl is in wrong, should ask the maid to save her friend / shouldnt go swim
The 8 yrs old girl is in wrong... sneak in is wrong... and dont know how to swim but went to swim another wrong...
